The constantly changing roles in the creative job market requires an easily adaptable attitude from both creative professionals and increasingly from agencies and studios. While outsourcing became a new norm for international advertising agencies, lots of small studios and workshops started to focus on specific industries or creative fields.

As my MA final project at the Moholy-Nagy University of Arts and Design in Budapest, I started a workshop based ‘pop-up creative agency’ for nimble problem solving.

Through two successful design think tank, I experimented with different collaborative design methods involving professionals with various backgrounds and delegates of the clients as well.
